Foot Reflexology is the massaging techniques using thumbs and finger stimulating at the reflex point on the feet. The reflex points represent areas of the body, as well as organs and glands. This has a beneficial effect on corresponding parts of the body, stimulating nerve endings, thereby improving blood circulation and nutrient absorption to boost the immune system.
