Our trained and experienced thai therapists can tailor a session to suit your needs, as well as provide one according to our standard offers. Etiquette
The massage is a retreat for your body, mind and spirit. For the consideration of others, we request that clients keep noise to a minimum and respect others clients' privacy by speaking softly. Mobile phone and electronic devices are discouraged.
Reservations
Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking for a confirmed appiontment.
Check in
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to avoid reduced treatment times. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment to accommodate other clients fairly.
Treatment hours
The shop is open from 10 am to 7 pm daily
Special consideration
If you are pregnant, you must inform therapist and may wish to avoid booking treatments that involve the use of essential oils. Massage treatments are not recommended during the first three months of pregnancy.
If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, or other medical complications, we advise that you consult your doctor before signing up for any treatment services. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions.
Smoking and alcohol
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the premise is prohibited. it is also advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to or after any massage treatment.
Valuables
We recommend that no jewellery be worn at the massage. The management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuable of any kind brought onto the premises.
Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards. All prices displayed are in Australian dollar and inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Delivery
After booking online, you will receive an email confirmation from us and/or eWAY containing your booking details. We will normally confirm receipt of your booking/purchase within a few minutes of booking and/or payment. We will attempt to ensure to provide the service at the requested day and time; however if there are unavailable spot for treatment we will contact you as soon as possible to re-schedule the booking. We only provide the services/treatment at our premise.
Refund & Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7-day money-back guarantee from the time you purchase the services and/or vouchers. This refund policy does not apply to services or vouchers, which have been used. We recommend that you inform us with in 15 minute after service session starts if you are not satisfy with our services and/or treatments.

Cancellation policy
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to help us re-schedule you appointment, subject to space availability. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full fee will be imposed for a " no-show "
