Etiquette
Our treatments are designed as a retreat for your body and mind. For the comfort of all clients, we kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum and privacy is respected. Please keep conversations soft and minimise the use of mobile phones and electronic devices.
Reservations
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Check in
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other clients.
Treatment hours
The shop is open from 10 am to 7:30 pm daily
Health Considerations
If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, or any medical concerns, we recommend consulting your doctor prior to your visit. Please inform your therapist of any relevant conditions before your treatment begins.
Smoking and alcohol
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the premise is prohibited. it is also advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to or after any massage treatment.
Valuables
We recommend that no jewellery be worn at the massage. The management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuable of any kind brought onto the premises.
Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards. All prices displayed are in Australian dollar and inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Refund & Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7-day money-back guarantee from the time you purchase the services and/or vouchers. This refund policy does not apply to services or vouchers, which have been used. We recommend that you inform us with in 15 minute after service session starts if you are not satisfy with our services and/or treatments.

Cancellation policy
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to help us re-schedule you appointment, subject to space availability. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full fee will be imposed for a " no-show "
