Traditional Thai Massage (Non-Oil Massage)
An ancient healing technique combining muscle compression, acupressure, and yoga-like stretching. Therapists use hands, thumbs, elbows, knees, and feet to apply pressure along the body’s energy lines (“Sen”) to release blockages, revitalise energy flow, and restore balance in body and mind
Foot Reflexology (Warm Oil)
A targeted massage using thumbs and fingers to stimulate reflex points on the feet, which correspond to specific organs and systems in the body. This treatment promotes better circulation, nerve stimulation, and immune support while encouraging the body’s natural healing process.
Note: At our shop, foot reflexology is performed on a comfortable lie-down bed with pillow support to ensure full-body relaxation.

Deep Tissue Oil Massage (Warm Oil & Hot Stone)
Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension or knots (also known as "adhesions.") The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints). It works to relieve stress and tension from overworked muscles and promote good blood and oxygen circulation. This treatment uses a lot of pressure and is well suited for those that require a strong massage.
