Aromatherapy Massage

Therapists use fragrant oils extracted from herbs, flowers and fruits to naturally enhance the benefits of massage.  This gentle massage allows the healing properties of natural oils to penetrate into skin, which leaves both body and mind feeling completely relaxed.

Fusion Massage

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure

is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension or knots (also known as "adhesions.") The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints). It works to relieve stress and tension from overworked muscles and promote good blood and oxygen circulation. This treatment uses a lot of pressure and is well suited for those that require a strong massage.

Hot Stone Massage

This therapy will melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation and metabolism. Each hot stone massage therapy session promotes deeper muscle relaxation through the placement of smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of therapist’s hands, or by placing them on the body while therapist massage other parts of the body.

Combining hot stone protocols with a full body massage provides a very healing and effective experience. The hot stones also expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.

Hot Stone massage is not appropriate if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, or are on medication that thins your blood. You shouldn't get a hot stone massage if you are pregnant or have sunburn. You also may want to reconsider if you are menopausal, as it may trigger a hot flash.
